Steven has 25 years of capital market experience in the natural resources sector, working across various commodities. He’s held senior roles such as CFO and Corporate Development at junior and mid-level global mining companies, with a focus on Latin America and Africa. Steven also brings valuable investment industry experience from both the buy and sell sides, having worked with Tier-1 funds and brokerages. He earned his CFA designation in 2006.
Luis has led mining efforts in Peru at the Ministry of Energy and Mines, where he negotiated and financed large renewable energy projects. He has a background as a former Investment Banking Analyst and also served as a consultant for the World Bank.
Will is a previous partner at MNP LLP, having served as the Regional Public Companies Leader in Toronto from 2016 to 2023 and as the Human Capital Leader in Mississauga from 2014 to 2016. With 18 years of experience in public accounting, including 9 years as a partner, he specializes in assisting companies with going public in the U.S. and Canada, or in achieving dual listings, with a strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Will holds both CPA (CA) and CPA (NY) designations.
Andres has expertise in the metallogeny of gold, uranium, and rare metal deposits. He previously held roles at Mega Uranium and U308 Corp, where he led the development of the Berlin Deposit, resulting in a uranium resource of over 20 million pounds inferred and 1.5 million pounds indicated, along with 97 million pounds of vanadium and 8.7 million tons of phosphate. He has also spent time at the ANM (Mining Colombia Agency) and currently serves as a Senior Geologist. Additionally, he is a professor at the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Bucaramanga.
Max is the founder of Aliki Global and has held senior roles in commodities, specializing in derivatives and bespoke transaction structuring at Goldman Sachs. He is also a co-founder of Abaxx Exchange and a partner at Abaxx Technologies. Skilled in physical markets, Max is well-connected with major trading houses and is currently focused on transitioning private businesses to public companies in sectors such as energy and mining.
Trumbull has over 15 years of capital market experience. He is a co-founder of an offshore hedge fund that was successfully acquired by another fund based in Toronto. Throughout his career, he has raised capital for small-cap companies while working with institutional investment banks. Trumbull also serves as an advisor on public and private boards and has held various leadership roles, including Chairman, CEO, and President.
sac is the VP of Exploration and Business, as well as the Exploration Manager at Hochschild Mining PLC, with over 20 years of experience in the field. He also serves as a director for both Gold Resource Corp. and Skeena Resources. Isac holds a degree in Geological Engineering, an MSc in Geology, and an MBA.
Bernardo is a director at O3 Mining Inc. and has previously served as a director at Osisko Mining Inc. in 2014. He was the CEO of Analytica Mineral Services since 2005 and is the owner and president of a management program at Harvard Business School. Bernardo holds a degree in Geological Engineering.
